Eventually, he graded my yard to address the drainage issues I had, and he placed a beautiful dry creek bed and new sod that has now matured. My yard is now very usable and very attractive. The project was very well done and the cost was quite reasonable. Brian is honest, onsite and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend.
